Why was ELRA formed? How will ELRA protect me as an owner?
During the development and sale of EL, every purchaser/owner of EL was obligated to sign a DMC as a means to formalise a mutual agreement among ALL residents/owners to come together and contribute funds and effort for the security and maintenance of EL. ELRA was setup to takeover the role of UEM in the DMC. This includes ensuring the management and deployment of security services originally envisioned during the development of EL and setup of the DMC.
